After receiving the technical specification (TS) from the client, we began our work. We designed the layout of the personal account and created the necessary pop-up windows that users encounter while interacting with the personal account. We implemented user authentication with the collection of user contact information, which will enable the client to conduct targeted marketing campaigns.
One of the key functional elements we implemented was the ability to link and change the network's discount card directly through the personal account. This solution allows users to participate in giveaways, promotional campaigns, and track their bonus points on their card.
To improve user convenience, we added an account deletion function to the system. This allows clients to opt out of participating in any company advertising campaigns as needed.
Additionally, to enhance search capabilities within the personal account, we integrated a powerful search+ system that enables users to find the required information quickly and accurately, even in the presence of errors or typos.
We also embedded a program inside the personal account that ensures high-speed website updates, maintaining its functionality for users.
Implementing such features allowed the client to expand their marketing capabilities and foster effective customer interaction. Advertising games not only help attract and retain audiences but also build trust between the client and the company.
