Solution:
We have developed schemes for different scenarios for customers to contact, prescribed possible questions and answers and uploaded them to the chat bot.
How the chatbot works:
processes customer requests, asks clarifying questions and analyzes the answers,
checks the data in Bitrix24 and enters new information into the system,
checks with the database of the mobile application using the API: collects information about customers' cars and free slots in showrooms.
Result:
Now the chatbot quickly processes customer requests and writes them to the car dealership at a time convenient for them without the participation of managers. Car dealer employees join the conversation if there are difficulties with finding data or there are failures in API responses.
