Solution:
Initially, the client's managers filled out briefs in Word, and only then manually transferred them to Bitrix24. It took a lot of time. It was decided to transfer everything and set up the forms to Bitrix24.

As a result, the task was divided into several parts. First of all, the constructor on Bitrix24 was implemented, from which it became convenient to assemble forms. That is, we select the name of the field and types, so the desired form is easily and quickly assembled. The following types were made: text input, numbers, checkbox selection, radio buttons, drop-down lists.



Thus, we have created a form in which you can create a brief of any format from pre-installed elements (and options for them).



Next was a request to create a link to the brief. That is, the client wanted to be able to share a link so that someone else would fill out the form. And after filling, the data must be fixed and they can no longer be changed. That is, I clicked “send” - and that’s it: you see what you filled out, but you can’t change it.

Well, the final task was to add the option to generate a PDF file. The file is generated if, when filling out the questionnaire, a person indicates his email. The system will send a PDF file with the completed brief to it.



As a result, managers began to spend less time filling out documents, and all work is instantly visible to managers in Bitrix24. Forms created by us have greatly simplified the life of managers and, as a result, saved money for the company.
